Mehran brings more than 15 years of construction-industry experience, having delivered both large-scale developments and smaller, fast-paced projects. He began his career managing residential renovation projects, building a strong foundation in the field.

In the financial services sector, he managed major land-development projects with prominent developers — overseeing every phase from RFP issuance and zoning approvals through to completion. More recently, he led the full design-build process for nine Scotty Bons Caribbean Grill locations across the GTA, alongside a range of other commercial projects.

Shak brings close to a decade of business development and client relationship management across financial services and B2B. He spent nearly six years at CIBC Asset Management as a Business Development Manager, developing investment and marketing strategies alongside senior executives at Canada’s five largest banks.

He went on to lead business development as Director for a national online directory platform, then moved into construction as Ontario Business Development Executive for a design-build firm specializing in commercial office fit-outs — gaining direct, hands-on experience in commercial construction and the design-build process.

Nearly a decade of client relationship management, now applied directly to commercial construction.

Sukh has led HPW’s civil and environmental division for more than five years, successfully delivering projects for multiple municipalities and conservation authorities across Ontario.

He brings deep expertise in managing complex sites involving multiple subtrades — maintaining full regulatory compliance while consistently delivering on time and within budget.
