HPW draws its name from two distinct ideas, each reflecting a part of who we are.

Highbury Park pays tribute to the historic North London home of Arsenal’s legendary Invincibles. It represents a foundation built on greatness, discipline, teamwork, and the consistency to deliver, week after week.

Waterways reflects the natural systems beneath and around us: the creeks, shorelines, and terrain that sustain our communities and shape the public spaces we build. It speaks directly to the civil and environmental work at the heart of what we do.
